Can I drink/eat candy, cola or juice to raise my blood sugar?
These products will bring your blood sugar up. However, since these products contain other ingredients it takes longer for your body to remove the sugars from them and will not raise your blood sugar as fast as Gluco4 glucose products. Also, these products are not measured which may cause you to over-correct your low and therefore have hyperglycemia.
Should I test my blood sugar before consuming Gluco4 products?
